Our Founder
Brandon Young is the founder of Young Management & Consulting (YMC), a consulting firm that specializes in project management services, offering tailored solutions to help organizations achieve their goals efficiently and effectively. Since 2019, YMC has generated over $65M in revenue and grown to over 100 team members. YMC is a US based organization that has recently expanded their service territory to the UAE.

In addition to his business acumen, Brandon has a deep passion for education and community development. This drive led him to establish YMC Cares, a nonprofit foundation dedicated to empowering individuals and strengthening communities through professional development programs, scholarships and support services.

Through YMC, Brandon continues to make a impact in the business world, while YMC Cares allows him to extend his mission of empowerment and positive change to those in need. The synergy between YMC and YMC Cares reflects Brandon's unwavering commitment to both professional excellence and social responsibility, as he strives to create lasting, meaningful change in both business and the community.
